1. Information we collect
Account information
Email address, display name, Firebase user ID, optional profile image, authentication provider, and email-verification status.
Game information
Levels, stars, scores, stems, songs, Playlist, currencies, lives, boosters, cosmetics, purchases, entitlements, achievements, event participation, accessibility settings, and cloud-save metadata.
Support information
Name, email, subject, message, account identifiers, and deletion-request details you submit.
Subscription information
Your email address, consent status, subscription source, and subscription timestamps when you choose to join the Smooth Jazz Blast mailing list.
2. How information is used
- Authenticate players and recover accounts.
- Synchronize progress across devices.
- Operate leaderboards, events, achievements, and purchase restoration.
- Improve balance, retention, accessibility, reliability, and fraud prevention.
- Respond to support and deletion requests.
- Send transactional confirmations through Resend.
- Send Smooth Jazz Blast news and announcements only when you explicitly subscribe; you may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Firebase services
Firebase Authentication manages sign-in. Cloud Firestore stores private player saves, private analytics, daily activity, support-safe account records, and public-safe leaderboard data. Firestore security rules restrict private documents to the authenticated owner.
4. Analytics
We may collect level starts, wins, losses, fail points, remaining moves, booster usage, session duration, purchases, tutorial completion, event activity, achievement activity, and accessibility-setting changes. Signed-in analytics are stored privately under the player UID.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We may use Firebase/Google for authentication, storage, hosting, and analytics; Resend for transactional support email; and future payment or app-store providers for purchases. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain legitimate records. Account deletion removes active account data targeted by the deletion service, subject to legal and backup retention requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
You may update your player identity, reset your password, sign out, use local-only play, request support, or delete your account. Depending on location, you may also request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion.

8. Children
Smooth Jazz Blast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information should contact support.
